In a seemingly quiet Ontario town, David Beck and his wife Samantha run a bed and breakfast with a dark secret. David appears to be a normal man but harbors sociopathic tendencies, while Samantha has masochistic inclinations. Their tenant, aspiring writer Charlie Matthews, is also harboring secrets of his own as he tries to fit in.
