Argumento
After losing her job as a librarian, Jane Taylor embarks on one final trip to Costa Rica before ending her life. Upon arrival, she meets Juan, a vibrant tour guide who takes her on adventures throughout the country. Initially aloof and depressed, Jane is drawn out by Juan's enthusiasm for life, which he encapsulates in the phrase 'Pura Vida,' meaning 'pure life.' As they journey together, an unlikely romance blossoms between them. Jane inspires Juan to read his first book, while he encourages her to loosen up and enjoy life again.
