All the Wrong Reasons centers around four co-workers at a big box department store, each dealing with their own struggles in the aftermath of trauma. Kate, a clerk, has isolated herself after witnessing a tragic family event, refusing to engage even at work. Her husband James, the store's manager, tries to draw her out but she remains distant. Missing intimacy, James becomes close with Nicole, a cashier and single mother who is struggling with letting go of her youth.
