Argumento
The film 'Amer' explores three key stages of Ana's life through sensual and provocative imagery. As a young girl, Ana resurrects her dead grandfather in an act that suggests her early understanding of life and death. In her adolescence, she discovers the power of decay and sexuality, with her carnal search becoming increasingly chaotic and oppressive. She is haunted by vivid fantasies and sensual experiences, such as feeling the wind lift her dress or a razor blade brush her skin. The film culminates in Ana's adulthood, where she returns to her dilapidated parental home, wrestling with feelings of loss and loneliness.

Resumen
'Amer' (2009), directed by Bruno Forzani and Hélène Cattet, is an unconventional exploration of a woman's journey through life. The film is notable for its sensual and provocative imagery, as well as its non-linear narrative structure that focuses on three key moments in Ana's life. Although the plot descriptions from TMDB and OMDB differ slightly in their emphasis, both agree that 'Amer' is a sensory experience that delves into themes of sexuality, mortality, and the female psyche.
