Argumento
Kathy and Tara leave their Breton island with their friend Yann to settle in Paris. While Yann embraces city life happily, Kathy and Tara struggle with disastrous romantic lives. Believing he will soon die, Yann urges his friends to take control of their lives.

Resumen
Au secours, j'ai 30 ans! ( Help, I'm 30 Years Old!) is a French comedy-drama directed by Marie-Anne Chazel and released in 2004.
