Argumento
In the 1930s, an American couple moves to the State of Ceará in Brazil. The husband arrives with the intention of finding oil. However, his beautiful wife, Donna, becomes entangled in a forbidden romance with a local fisherman who is rude but charming. This relationship threatens to destroy her marriage and cause scandal in their small village.
