Argumento
After being reinstated into the police force, Darcy continues her double life as the Black Scorpion. This time, she faces two main antagonists: Gangster Prankster and Aftershock, a new villain who emerges when the Mayor tries to protect federal earthquake relief money from him. When Gangster Prankster kidnaps Argyle's girlfriend, he steals the Scorpionmobile too, leading to the imminent destruction of Angel City.

Resumen
Black Scorpion II: Aftershock is the sequel to 'Black Scorpion', released in 1997 and directed by Jonathan Winfrey.
