Resumen
In 1987 Britain, Javed Khan, a British-Pakistani teen in Luton, finds his world constrained by Thatcher's conservatism and his father's expectations. When a new friend introduces him to Bruce Springsteen's music, Javed discovers a voice that echoes his own struggles. Inspired, he begins exploring his artistic talents, much to his father's dismay after he loses his job. As Javed finds support from unexpected friends, he also faces conflict at home, forcing him to confront his values and decide what truly matters amidst a family navigating change and the town's tensions.
