After five years apart, Chris Terry travels to Montreal to visit his younger sister Noelle Terry. Their relationship has been strained due to their troubled pasts and a toxic dynamic between them. Chris, recently divorced from Denise and a recovering alcoholic with a criminal history, arrives to find Noelle struggling with drug addiction and prostitution to make ends meet after her release from prison. Noelle propositions Chris into participating in a three-way with one of her clients for $500, which she needs to pay off an unspecified debt. Despite not identifying as gay or bisexual, Chris agrees. As they engage in the encounter, their true motivations begin to surface, involving money, drugs, power dynamics, and Noelle's ex-boyfriend Martin.
