Resumen
Colegas (1982) is a Spanish drama directed by Eloy de la Iglesia, falling under the 'Quinqui' genre that typically explores the lives of juvenile delinquents. Set in Madrid's slums, the film follows José and Antonio, two friends struggling with poverty and societal marginalization. When Rosario (Antonio's girlfriend and José's sister) becomes pregnant, they resort to criminal activities to secure money for an abortion. Colegas is a raw portrayal of friendship tested by adversity, the consequences of societal pressures, and the struggle for survival in Spain's underclass.
