Argumento
Nora, an ATI Airlines stewardess, arrives in Naples and receives $100 from a stranger to deliver a letter to Silvera, a powerful criminal. Silvera's men harass Nora, believing she's connected to 'Il Americano,' a mysterious figure in the underworld. Manuel, a young boxer, assists Nora and encourages her to seek police help. Three rival gangs—the Silvera gang, a gang led by a priestly figure, and a smooth operator—seemingly pursue Nora. Drugs may be involved. After a fistfight and car chase, matters reach a climax, leaving Manuel's fate uncertain.
