Historia
Compulsion follows the unsettling relationship between two women living next door to each other in Montreal. The first woman, Catherine, is a chef who struggles with her weight and has an obsession with food and cooking. Her neighbor, Anna, is a former child actress who is troubled and emotionally unstable due to her past experiences in show business. As their lives intertwine, they form a destructive co-dependency, with Anna manipulating Catherine's love for her through emotional blackmail and Catherine enabling Anna's self-destructive behavior.
