Historia
Chev Chelios, an British hitman living in Los Angeles, wakes up with a terrible headache after being poisoned by 'The Beijing Cocktail', a potent mix of synthetic drugs. He receives a phone call informing him that he has only an hour to live unless he keeps his adrenaline pumping. Desperate for survival, Chev seeks help from his doctor and learns that his heart rate must remain high to prevent the deadly toxin from taking effect. Throughout the day, Chev engages in dangerous activities such as motorcycle chases, fist fights, and defibrillation to maintain his adrenaline levels. Meanwhile, he's also trying to find the antidote and seek revenge on Ricky Verona, the criminal behind his poisoning. Time is running out for Chev as he races against death across the city.
