Resumen
Haskell Edwards, once a renowned director, sank into a decade-long spiral of addiction after his Hollywood starlet girlfriend, Cello Shea, took her own life. Now, offered the chance to direct a film about Cello's life, Haskell is stunned when he meets the actress chosen to portray her: a lifelike robot. Horrified yet intrigued, Haskell agrees, assembling old friends and enemies for the production.
