Argumento
Paolo, a professor in Florence, has been abandoned by Sena, his former student and partner of many years, without explanation. After multiple failed attempts to reconnect with her, she finally asks him to accompany her to the train station before leaving for Paris. They promise to meet again but Paolo finds her with another man named Domenico in Versailles. This event triggers a psychosomatic crisis and premature aging in Paolo. Sena then joins Paolo on a journey through the Mediterranean Sea, during which they experience a shipwreck. Throughout this voyage, Sena reveals the reason behind her sudden departure.
