Argumento
In 'Excessive Force', Chicago policeman Terry McCain is relentlessly pursuing mobster Sal DiMarco with the intention of bringing him to justice. During a monitored drug sale operation, a shootout ensues and one of Terry's fellow officers gets away with $3 million of Sal's money. Believing Terry took the cash, Sal sends his men to kill Terry's brother Dylan and partner Frankie Hawkins. This act sets off Terry's thirst for revenge as he embarks on a mission to seek justice against any means necessary.
