Argumento
Governess Rosina da Silva, after her father's violent death, decides to leave Brazil and assume a gentile identity to secure employment in Scotland. She finds work with the upper-class McGregor family. Despite their social differences, Rosina and Charles, the family patriarch, begin a passionate secret affair.
