In a lawless future, Harley Davidson (Mickey Rourke), a renegade biker, and his surly cowboy buddy Marlboro (Don Johnson) discover that a corrupt bank plans to foreclose on their friend's bar to further its expanding empire. They decide to help by robbing the crooked bank but accidentally steal a drug shipment instead. This act puts them on the run from criminal financiers and the mob, leading to a rugged action adventure filled with danger and suspense.
