Argumento
Five years after being sentenced to holographic stasis for his terrorist crimes, Slash Gallagher undergoes a parole hearing. An engineered equipment failure during this hearing transforms Gallagher into a living hologram with god-like powers. Kurt Decoda, the police officer who originally arrested Gallagher, is now tasked with stopping him.
