Argumento
Set in the winter of 1797-98, 'La guerre dans le Haut Pays' begins with Napoleon's troops occupying the Pays de Vaud and preparing for an offensive against Berne. On the other side of the snow-blocked mountains, resistance starts to organize against the revolutionary ideas of Enlightenment. David and Julie, two young lovers, find themselves caught in the middle of this conflict.
