Argumento
In Mexico, French author Alexandre (Alain Delon) lives a peaceful life with his wife Ariane (Marianne Denicourt) and friend Lucien (Jean-Pierre Kalfon). When actress Laure (Arielle Dombasle) visits him to secure the lead role in an adaptation of one of Alexandre's books, she also tries to seduce him. Meanwhile, Ariane starts an affair with seismologist Carlo (Xavier Beauvois), while local residents prepare for a violent revolution.
