Argumento
In Paris, France, Jeanne, a bookshop employee, meets Dragan, a man from Yugoslavia who's searching for a book about the Italian painter Rossetti. Despite their language barrier, they fall in love and begin an affair. Unbeknownst to Jeanne, Dragan is in the country illegally.

Resumen
Lovers (1999) is a French drama directed by Jean-Marc Barr as part of the Dogme 95 movement, which aims for naturalistic filmmaking with minimal production values.
