No Man's Land (1985) is a Swiss drama directed by Alain Tanner, set against the backdrop of border smuggling across France and Switzerland. The film explores themes of immigration, desire for change, and the struggle to adapt in an ever-changing world through its interconnected characters: Madeleine, Mali, Louis, Paul, and Jean.
