Historia
Randal Hendricks, a paraplegic living in a Cape Town apartment block, witnesses a murder committed by Lawyer, a powerful criminal, through his binoculars. Desperate for money to pay off his loan shark debt to Emmie, Randal blackmails Lawyer with information he believes only he possesses. He enlists the help of Warren, his half-wit friend who has designs on Randal's girlfriend Pam. Meanwhile, Detective Gail February investigates the disappearance of her corrupt partner, drawing closer to Randal's apartment.
