Historia
Rafael, a Sevillian man who has never ventured beyond Andalusia, becomes enamored with Amaia, a Basque woman unlike any he's known before. In an effort to win her heart and impress her family, Rafael embarks on a journey to the Basque Country, attempting to adopt Basque customs and traditions in order to prove himself worthy of Amaia's love.
Resumen
Ocho Apellidos Vascos is a Spanish comedy film directed by Emilio Martínez-Lázaro. The movie follows Rafael, a Sevillian man who has led a sheltered life in Andalusia. When he falls in love with Amaia, a Basque woman studying in Seville, Rafael decides to leave his comfort zone and travel to the Basque Country to meet her family and win their approval. Along the way, he encounters various challenges as he tries to adapt to the Basque culture.
