Argumento
Stéphanie grew up in La Courneuve during the 1980s with an absent father and a brutal stepfather named Christian, whom her Tunisian Jewish mother married quickly after her father left them. Stéphanie's grandmother and friend Fatima support her ambition to escape the confines of her environment and lead a different life. Stéphanie is determined not to spend her life in the Cité des 4000, and her headmistress also understands this, encouraging her aspirations. She maintains an intact reputation despite experiencing her first emotional feelings while nurturing her passion for dance and books, which become crucial for her future.
