Historia
Reed, a seemingly ordinary businessman, leaves his wife and newborn daughter, checking into a hotel under the guise of a business trip. His true intention is to commit the perfect murder using an ice pick. He hires Jackie, an English-speaking prostitute from an escort service, as his intended victim. However, things don't go as planned when Jackie proves to be anything but ordinary and seems to anticipate Reed's intentions. A psychological game of cat and mouse ensues between the two.
Resumen
Piercing is a 2018 psychological thriller directed by Nicolas Pesce. Based on the novel of the same name by Ryū Murakami, the film explores the dark desires of a man named Reed who leads a double life. While appearing to be a typical yuppie husband and father, he harbors a disturbing secret. The story is centered around his attempt to act out his violent fantasy with Jackie, an escort service prostitute.
