Historia
In 1969, Alan Parker, an artist studying at the University of Maine, becomes obsessed with death. On his birthday, believing he is losing his girlfriend, Alan tries to commit suicide but his friends intervene. Soon after, Alan learns that his mother has suffered a stroke and decides to hitchhike to visit her at the hospital.
