Argumento
Juan, a young Spanish man, harbors an ambition to become a renowned torero. While illegally bullfighting at night with a destined bull for the corridas on the Sols' property, he meets Dona Sol, the half-Spanish, half-American daughter of the American landowner. Juan falls in love with her and they meet again when she introduces him to a famous torero who helps propel Juan into fame. Despite marrying Carmen, Juan remains in love with Dona Sol but is later discarded by her. Struggling with despair and alcoholism, only Carmen stands by him as he attempts to return to the bullfighting business.
