Consumed by grief and rage, Patricia vows revenge on Alex. She adopts a new identity, infiltrates Alex's family under the guise of being gay, and manipulates them into inviting her into their home as a live-in nanny for their children. Once inside, she begins to subtly sow discord and terrorize Alex's wife and children, all while seducing Alex in an effort to destroy him from within.
