Historia
A young woman becomes afflicted by a Mayan curse that causes snakes to hatch inside her and slowly consume her from within. Her only hope for survival is to reach a powerful shaman across the border, but she must first board a train headed for Los Angeles. Unbeknownst to the other passengers, the snakes are not contained within the woman and begin to multiply and attack everyone on board.
