Historia
American actor Dexter King (Jeff Goldblum) arrives in London seeking work and love. He finds both when he meets Kate (Dame Emma Thompson), a nurse, while receiving hay fever injections. Dexter lands a job as straight man to comedian Ron Anderson (Rowan Atkinson). When Anderson fires him, Dexter auditions for and wins the title role in a stage musical version of 'The Elephant Man'.
