Jacob, a man who believes he is a wolf trapped in a human body, is sent to a clinic by his family against his will. At the clinic, Jacob undergoes increasingly extreme 'curative' therapies at the hands of The Zookeeper, who seems determined to 'cure' him of his delusion. Despite his circumstances, Jacob finds solace and eventually infatuation with Wildcat, another patient at the clinic with whom he shares an improbable friendship. The two bond over their shared experiences within the confines of the clinic.

Resumen
Wolf (2021), directed by Nathalie Biancheri, is a complex and ambiguous psychological drama that explores themes of identity, mental health, and the human condition through the eyes of its protagonist, Jacob. The film takes place primarily within the walls of a mysterious clinic where Jacob undergoes questionable therapies aimed at curing his wolf delusion. While plot details are sparse, it's clear that Wolf offers a thoughtful exploration of a character grappling with reality and his own perception.
