Historia
A group of college students en route to Spring Break decide to take a detour through an old Southern town called Pleasant Valley. The townsfolk insist that they stay for their annual barbecue celebration. However, unbeknownst to the students, this event serves as a cover for the town's true tradition: hunting and slaughtering outsiders in a brutal, gory manner.
Resumen
2001 Maniacs is a horror-comedy film directed by Tim Sullivan and released in 2005. The movie blends elements of Southern Gothic with gratuitous gore and black humor to create an entertaining yet disturbing viewing experience. Set during the modern day, the story revolves around the residents of Pleasant Valley, who have been cursed to relive the horrors of the American Civil War by turning into cannibals who hunt outsiders.
