Born on May 4, 1986, in Rome, Silvia D’Amico is a distinguished Italian actress who has built a versatile career across stage, film, and television. After graduating in 2009 from the prestigious Accademia Nazionale di Arte Drammatica Silvio D’Amico—an institution named after the renowned critic with whom she shares a surname—she initially honed her craft in theater.

Her cinematic breakthrough came in 2014 with Roan Johnson’s ensemble comedy So Far So Good, which earned her a special mention at the Nastri d’Argento Awards. D’Amico’s reputation as a powerful dramatic performer was further cemented by her role in Claudio Caligari's Don’t Be Bad (Non essere cattivo), for which she was recognized as the breakthrough actress of the year at the 72nd Venice International Film Festival.
