Historia

Lucie and Marie are twin sisters with contrasting personalities - Lucie is extroverted and aspirational while Marie is quiet and reserved. Their childhood was marked by competition for their emotionally distant father's affections, which has created a love-hate relationship between them. Lucie moves to Paris seeking fame as a pin-up model but gets entangled in a world of sex, drugs, and danger. When she is offered an exclusive recording contract despite her lack of singing talent, she ropes Marie into performing for her at the audition. Marie agrees reluctantly but upon returning from the performance, she discovers Lucie has committed suicide. To protect Lucie's career and uncover the truth behind her sister's death, Marie assumes Lucie's identity. As Marie's fame grows under Lucie's name, she becomes drawn into the darker secrets of Lucie's life.
