However, things start to go awry when Drake hires a peculiar tenant named Claude Bokner. Claude initially seems like an ideal tenant but soon begins displaying troubling behavior, such as refusing to pay rent and making unwanted advances towards Maggie. Despite Drake's attempts to evict him, Claude refuses to leave, leading to a series of escalating conflicts that threaten the Schofields' safety and their dream home.
