"Maggie Maxwell, a UK native still residing there, began her career in live theater before transitioning seamlessly into screen acting with her debut role in 'Omnibus' as Potiphar's Wife in 1970. She went on to appear in TV series and films such as 'The Music Lovers' (1971) and 'Sitting Target' (1972). Her television credits include roles in 'Supernatural' (1977), 'Rentaghost' (1976), 'The Sweeney' (1975), 'Eustace and Hilda' (1977), 'Being Normal' (1983), and 'Breakaway Girls' (1978), among others. Her final role was in the 1985 TV series 'Hilary'. Maxwell's most notable role is in the 1972 drama 'Savage Messiah', directed by Ken Russell, where she plays the muse to French artist Henri Gaudier-Brzeska. In this film, Maxwell delivers a memorable performance as she bares all for the young artist, displaying her nude form with confidence and grace."
