Alanna LeVierge starred as Helen, a bike courier who suffers a traumatic accident in 'Let Her Out' (2016). As she recovers, she begins to experience strange blackouts, hallucinations, and night terrors due to a benign tumor that is remnants of a 'vanishing twin'. This tumor manifests itself as a dark and demented version of Helen's persona. As her emotional state deteriorates, she becomes a danger to herself and others.
