Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, Alexandra's family relocated her to Spain at the age of eight. She pursued dual education, attending Juan Carlos University in Madrid for law and honing her acting skills at Corazza Studio for Actors simultaneously. Her professional debut came in 2015 with appearances in short films, followed by guest roles on television shows such as "Las crónicas de la litrona" (2017), "Que el fin del mundo te pille bailando" (2018), "Cable Girls" (2020), "Serve and Protect" (2020), and "Valeria" (2020).
Alexandra gained prominence with her role in the 2018 film "70 Big Ones".
