Brigitte Maier began her career in 1971 and worked for five years until retiring in 1976. Her notable role was 'Justine' in the Swedish film 'Justine och Juliette' (1975). The movie follows two orphan sisters who, after being evicted by their aunt, move to Stockholm and lead different lives: Justine lives in poverty while Juliette works as a nightclub performer.
