Catherine Anne O'Hara, born in Toronto, Canada, began her career at Second City Theatre before gaining fame on SCTV alongside comedy icons like Rick Moranis and John Candy. Known for roles in films such as 'After Hours', 'Beetlejuice', 'Home Alone', 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' and Christopher Guest's mockumentaries. She received a Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award at the Governor General's Performance Arts Awards in 2020, and won a Golden Globe in 2021 for her role in 'Schitt's Creek'.
