Born as Courtney Rachel Culkin on February 23, 1983, in Long Island, New York, she rose to fame as a prominent American model. Raised in Shirley, New York, she faced early personal challenges following the loss of her mother at age ten, subsequently being brought up by her aunt and grandmother.
Her career reached a milestone when she was selected as the Playboy Playmate of the Month for April 2005, after having first appeared in the magazine's December 2003 issue during the 50th Anniversary Playmate Hunt. Beyond her modeling success, Courtney pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Long Island University in 2006. She has also appeared in various television projects, including episodes of the reality series The Girls Next Door.
