"Fleur Cooper is known for portraying herself in the TV reality food show, Hell's Kitchen. She has also contributed to character creation, albeit not for herself, in the 2006 short film, The Bridge. This film explores the immigration struggles of a young Russian boyfriend through the perspective of his gay Australian partner. However, Cooper feels most at ease when embodying characters written by others, as seen in her role as Nicole in an episode titled 'I Spy' from the fantasy romance series Thrills.
