Isabella Santoni stars as Dom, a middle-class boy from Rio de Janeiro who becomes involved with cocaine at a young age and eventually rises to lead a notorious criminal gang in the early 2000s. The series explores Pedro's journey alongside his father, Victor Dantas, who discovers something significant underwater during his teenage years and subsequently joins the police intelligence service.
