Born on February 25, 1971, in Nashua, New Hampshire, Jennifer Lavoie is a prominent American model and actress whose birth name is Jennifer J. Lavoie. She rose to international fame after being named Playboy's Playmate of the Month for August 1993, later appearing on the cover of the October 1994 issue.
Before her modeling career took off, Lavoie demonstrated strong leadership skills, rising to the position of store manager in a retail clothing shop by age 19. Her path to stardom began when she entered and won a local nightclub swimsuit contest, which eventually led to 17 more pageant victories. Beyond her pictorial work, she was an original member of the Playboy Xtreme Team, competing in high-endurance adventure races such as the 2000 Eco-Challenge in Borneo.
