Joy Grant is a French actress born in Berlin, Germany, in 1999. She grew up in a multilingual family speaking English, French, and German. She is known for her roles in German television and film productions, first gaining recognition for playing a character named Joy in the 2018 film Yung. Her other notable acting credits include the 2019 TV movie Zerbrochen - Ein Fall für Dr. Abel and the 2023 TV series Luden. Grant has also appeared in episodes of popular German series like Dünentod – Ein Nordsee-Krimi and Der Bergdoktor. Besides acting, she is a rapper performing under the stage name Babyjoy, a career pursued in parallel with her screen work. She is the sister of the late actor and musician Pablo Grant.
