"Katharina Wackernagel is a prominent figure in German entertainment, with a career as impressive as her birth name. Born in Germany, she debuted on the big screen as Leonora in 'Leonora's Song' (1998) and simultaneously appeared as Sonja König in the television series 'Hinter Gittern – Der Frauenknast' ('Behind Bars – The Woman’s Barn'). She then took on the titular role of Tanja in the series 'Tanja,' featuring in 39 episodes between 1997 and 2000. Although she had brief roles thereafter, Katharina's first significant on-screen exposure came as herself in 'Hat er Arbeit?' ('Does he Have Work?') with a fleeting breast flash while bathing.
