Millen Gal (born Milen Galang on April 25, 1999) is a Filipino actress and model who has emerged as a prominent figure in the contemporary Philippine film industry. Born into a creative household, she is the daughter of actress Lara Morena and renowned television host and news anchor Paolo Bediones. Her background within the entertainment world provided a foundation for her rapid rise on the streaming platform Vivamax (now VMX).
She first gained significant acclaim in 2022 for her role in the thriller Virgin Forest, directed by the internationally awarded filmmaker Brillante Mendoza. This performance established her ability to handle emotionally complex narratives.
