Sarah was born in Boulder, Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, and earned a B.A. from the University of Southern California School of Theatre. Sarah Grant Brendecke is an American actress. In 2009, she played Susan Peterson (credited as Nanny) in Showtime’s series "Dexter" (Season Four: Lost Boys). Her film credits include roles in Homo Erectus (2007, uncredited); Brain Dead (2007); and Look (2007, uncredited). Her shorts include Time Travel Romance (2016); Butter Face (2014); and It's a Wonderful Death (2008). Her TV credits include appearances on Sh*tty Dates; 1000 Ways to Die (series documentary);
